Less than two years after the 1990 Royal Rumble, The Rockers were competing in a tag team match against enhancement talent. There was also the Smackdown Tag Team Title reign that he had with his son, Dominik, in 2021. Kofi would also add two Raw Tag Team Title reigns and an NXT Tag Team Title reign to his trophy case. It’s amazing what can happen when there’s something on the line in a wrestling match, isn’t it?

Tuesday’s NXT drew a 0.13 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. The 0.13 rating represents 170,000 18-49 viewers, which is down 13.26% from the 196,000 18-49 viewers that last week’s 0.15 key demo rating represented, according to Wrestlenomics. NXT ranked #22 on the Cable Top 150 this week with the 0.13 rating in the 18-49 key demographic. This week’s NXT viewership was down 6.42% from last week, while the key demo rating was down 13.33% from last week. This week’s NXT viewership was up 6.18% from the episode that aired one year ago, while the 18-49 key demo rating was down 13.33% with the show that aired one year ago.

Thoughts on AEW Dynamite – January 11th, 20231. I heard Tony say that the raking/biting was “classic” Jon Moxley, since of course “vintage” has been TMed I’m sure. Takeshita/Danielson next, and though I think Takeshita will do the “almost wins but puts on a good match” thing, this should be an absolute banger. Takeshita gets rocked after doing a springboard Swanton into Danielson’s knees and ends up in his non-Regal Stretch submission finisher. We get Danielson/Bandido next week, so that’s good news too.

Character Reveal and New Match Announced for WWE NXT on Tuesday

A new match and a character reveal have been added to the line-up for Tuesday’s post-Halloween Havoc edition of WWE NXT on the USA Network. Shotzi hosted NXT Halloween Havoc on Saturday night, with co-host Quincy Elliott, but at one point their were interrupted by Legend, who wasn’t happy about a blue brand Superstar hosting a NXT show when she was the better candidate. Tuesday’s NXT will also see The Schism reveal the identity of their new fourth member. NXT Halloween Havoc featured a backstage promo from Gacy, Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid, coming off last Tuesday’s loss to Cameron Grimes, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. The Schism, with the mystery person standing nearby, lashed out over how people continue to spit in their faces.

The 0.45 key demo rating represents 583,000 18-49 viewers, which is down 10.03% from the 648,000 18-49 viewers that last week’s 0.50 key demo rating represented, according to Wrestlenomics. RAW ranked #6 for the night on the Cable Top 150 with the 0.45 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. This week’s RAW viewership was down 9.03% from last week’s episode, while this week’s key demo rating was down 10% from last week. Monday’s RAW viewership was down 1.02% from the same week in 2021, while the 18-49 key demo rating was down 4.25% from the same week in 2021. Bachelor In Paradise on ABC drew an average of 2.370 million viewers on broadcast TV at 8pm, while The Neighborhood drew 5.758 million viewers on CBS, The Voice drew 5.769 million viewers on NBC, 911 drew 5.146 million viewers on FOX, CW’s All American drew 481,000 viewers, Telemundo’s Exatlon drew 937,000 viewers, and Univision’s La Herencia drew 1.995 million viewers, all in the 8pm hour on broadcast TV.
