IPG grew in every region in Q4 and the full year, with the Americas, which accounts for 63% of its business, growing 2.4% organically. The international market grew 6.1%, with 9.4% organic growth in the UK, driven by the performance of Mullenlove, along with its media and experiential agencies. The holding company is forecasting 2% to 4% organic growth in 2023. IPG Mediabrands posted double-digit growth despite being pulled “significantly” by softness in digital agencies, CFO Ellen Johnson said on the call. “We certainly believe that the primary opportunity for growth that we are most looking forward to is growth with existing customers,” Krakowski said.
