Islam Makhachev outlasts Alexander Volkanovski to retain titleThe path to the UFC lightweight title has gone through Dagestan for some time. With Williamson -- and Ingram -- out, the Pelicans were able to come back and force overtime. In the first half, the Pelicans ruled Ingram out with a head injury and said he was being evaluated for concussion-like symptoms. US says Russia's 'dirty bomb' claims pretext for escalation in Ukraine

Over the weekend, in an unprecedented series of phone calls to senior defense officials in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Turkey, senior Russian defense officials repeatedly claimed that Ukraine was possibly preparing to use a dirty bomb. "Our countries made clear that we all reject Russia’s transparently false allegations that Ukraine is preparing to use a dirty bomb on its own territory," said the statement. Meanwhile in Moscow, the Russian government continued to say that Ukraine was preparing to use a dirty bomb. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova claimed that Russia was in possession of information alleging that Ukraine was preparing dirty bombs at locations in Kyiv and central Ukraine. Earlier, the Russian defense ministry had published a map indicating that Ukraine was preparing a dirty bomb at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant that has seen constant shelling for weeks.
