NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg has called on the allies to produce more ammunition for Ukraine. Defense Minister Pistorius is skeptical that the promised “Leopard” tanks will soon be available. In any case, the attacks are becoming more numerous and the fighting more intense, according to the NATO meeting in Brussels. Germany is thus making itself independent of producers in Switzerland, for example, says Federal Defense Minister Boris Pistorius. “It takes time and cannot be compared to main battle tanks, which Ukraine is well aware of,” says Dutch Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren.
