Donald Trump withdrew a second lawsuit Tuesday against New York Attorney General Letitia James related to her investigation into the former president and his family's business dealings. Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, said the appeal in Manhattan federal court "was voluntarily withdrawn for strategic purposes," according to The Associated Press.
